Child Application

What we are offering is a chance to put a smile back on a child's face through what we call care packages and or a dream trip. Care Packages contain various items specific to the child's likes and families' needs. The dream trip would be to do something or go somewhere that child has always dreamed of anything from Outdoor Adventures hunting/fishing to vacation destination inside the United States. 

Criteria for Consideration

  1. Child in Highschool or below grades.

  2. Child diagnosed with a life threating illness.

  3. Child living with life altering conditions. 

  4. Child living in or near NE Louisiana. We have plans to expand this area but just getting started were gonna focus here until we grow a little more. Still submit if your out of this area we might can get you with other organizations we partner with.
